More specifically, the design is carried out by a digital program, ArchiCAD, which is then supported by a variety of other assisting design programs that compose the final presentation and contribute to a more complete understanding of the project by the customer.

Upon completion of the design, the customer receives a complete file regarding the list of construction work to be conducted for the project under discussion, which includes two-dimensional and three-dimensional planning of plasterboard or non-plasterboard constructions (partitions, false ceilings), wall coverings & general material selection, lighting plan, as well as color proposals for ceilings and walls which will guide the selected team of builders and decorating throughout the tasks they will be asked to undertake. At the same time, it is possible to provide an air conditioning/heating/ventilation plan, as well as additional systems, sound, security and automation.
